Living In The Zone


I would like to share with everyone a few books that I believe are worth reading.  I would start with Enter the Zone and/or A Week in the Zone.  What I like about the Zone is it is very flexible. You can apply the principles to a vegetarian, paleo, eating out diet…etc.  I have almost exhausted myself looking for a single meal plan that we can all apply and I have learned that it doesn’t exist.  The last nutritionist I met with, I asked for one plan I can apply to the whole team…she said “you can’t do it, everyone’s different.”  With that said, the action needed on your part is to read through this material and learn what your zone is.   These books were written in the mid 90’s so you can pick them up on Amazon pretty inexpensively.   I would like to see us, as a team, begin to understand and put into practice how we eat and soon transition into experts.  I would like to create a form of synergy around the topic for positive, open discussion and dialogue.  Let’s have some fun with it as we take our training and our nutrition to the next level.   Check them out and let’s dig deeper as a Team.  Thanks ~Brett.   www.teamradosta.com
