Boot Camp Workouts: Should You Enlist?

Team Radosta GETFIT Boot Camp

"Do you dream of a drill sergeant of your own? That’s just what you’ll get if you join the millions of people who seek out fun, addictive, effective military-style workouts. It’s no wonder boot camp fitness classes, which blend cardio, strength and agility, have become a huge hit.
The workout is a form of group interval training, which is a really effective way to burn calories and build strength. It incorporates running, stretching and strengthening exercises, such as push-ups and squats. Another boot camp benefit: It can create strong bonds—the encouragement and support you get from fellow boot campers can help keep you motivated". ~Bob Greene, Bestlife

A few other benefits he mentions....

• Cost: A session costs about the same as working with a personal trainer—a five-week class typically goes for about $300 to $400.

$75 per month for unlimited classes at Team Radosta GETFIT Boot Camps….compared to monthly rates in our area $150 - $300 per month!!

• Precautions: Your instructor should assess your fitness level and overall health (if you have any injuries or diseases, if you take any medications, and so on) before putting you through a workout. As usual, get your doctor’s OK before starting this or any new workout.

We provide a healthy history questionnaire that is reviewed prior to you beginning class and discuss with you any modifications that may be necessary due to health limitations.

• Credentials: Make sure the instructor is certified by a national organization. He or she should also be certified in first aid and CPR.

**We hold the following certifications as well as living by the philosophy that learning is a lifelong process...we are continually adding new CEC's and certifications to our resume!  AAAI-ISMA Certified Personal Trainers Level 1 & 2 & Certified Sports Nutrition Consultants, Crossfit Level 1 Trainer, Red Cross Water Safety Instructor & CPR & First Aid Training, AFAA Group Fitness Instructors. Check back often to see what is new with TEAM RADOSTA!

• Options: Your instructor should offer variations of each exercise to accommodate people of all fitness levels.

All our workouts are scalable and modifications are offered to meet the needs of the individual team member.

 • Sampling: If you’re thinking of taking a class, ask to try it once before signing up.

We offer One Week Free Trial to all new clients. Get your coupon here

 • Pain: Although the instructor and fellow exercisers will be pushing you, you should never feel pain.

We encourage you to always challenge yourself and give your best at each class...but we know we all have different levels of energy each day and we all have our own personal limitations to work so we encourage you to get outside your comfort zone (that is where you will get results) but never to the point you are in pain (where injury is likely.)
